Please read this before you buy. These terms apply to every vehicle we export. They explain what we deliver, how we verify it before you pay, and what happens if something goes wrong. If any point here is unclear, ask us before you confirm — we would rather answer a question now than handle a dispute later.
We export showroom vehicles — units that have been displayed and lightly driven, kept to new-car standard. Vehicles are sold as described in the inspection report for that specific car. Each vehicle's condition is confirmed individually in writing before payment.
We are exporters, not retailers. Vehicles are sold in the condition photographed and inspected, not as new stock with a dealer warranty attached.
This is our standard, not an optional service. Before any payment is due, you receive for the specific vehicle:
Payment is not requested before this report is in your hands. If a supplier offers you a vehicle you have not seen, the price is not locked.
Quotations are FOB unless we agree CIF in writing. FOB is the price at the loading port; sea freight, insurance and destination charges are yours unless quoted.
We itemise the CIF price line by line when we quote it. Charges that appear at destination port which were not disclosed in writing before payment are not passed on to you.
We never ask for card details, online banking passwords or a verification code by message. See also our Privacy Policy.
You need the original bill of lading to release the container. We courier it for that reason. Without it, demurrage at destination accrues daily and is for the buyer's account.
Every shipment includes: bill of lading, Chinese export customs declaration, commercial invoice, packing list, and certificate of origin where applicable. For EAEU destinations we assist with EAC conformity certification. Note that EAC replaced the former GOST-R system and is the only certificate recognised by customs and registration authorities.
Documents we prepare are accurate to the best of our knowledge at the time of issue. Import duties, taxes and registration charges in your country are payable by you and are outside our control.
We support clearance in the markets listed on our contact page. Our support means: we prepare every export document, and we work alongside your clearing agent so nothing is missing at the port.
Local customs clearance is carried out by your clearing agent or our partner in your country. Import duties, taxes and port charges are determined by local authority and are payable by you. Where a market requires registration certificates or age limits that a vehicle cannot meet, we will tell you before shipment.
If a vehicle arrives materially different from the pre-shipment inspection report:
Where the difference is confirmed and is not attributable to the shipping line, the sea, customs or your clearing agent, we make a compensation payment of a corresponding amount. The amount reflects the difference between what the vehicle actually is and what the report described — it is calculated against the vehicle value, and it depends on how material the difference is.
We do not replace vehicles after shipment. Once a vehicle has left China, returning or replacing it is not practical for either party — the freight alone usually exceeds the value at stake. Our remedy is a price adjustment, settled quickly and in writing. If you need a different vehicle, we will tell you before you pay, not after.
We agree a warranty period for each vehicle in writing before payment.
What it covers, and for how long, is stated on that specific vehicle's contract — because condition differs from car to car and a single fixed promise on every vehicle would not mean anything.
During the warranty period we provide free technical assistance: we help diagnose the fault, advise on parts sourcing, and guide the repair. Where a covered failure is confirmed as our responsibility, we agree a remedy with you.
Technical assistance is free of charge in every case, whether or not the issue falls inside the warranty period. It is part of the service, not an extra line on the invoice.
Some countries require certification before a vehicle may be imported. Where we can handle it, we handle it — and we have done it.
We prepare and file the certification documents required in your destination market, so the vehicle does not sit at the port waiting for paperwork. Tell us the destination country and we will tell you exactly which certificates apply and what we can obtain on our side.
If a certificate cannot be obtained for a specific vehicle, we tell you before you pay — not after it has arrived.
We assist with EAC conformity certification for the Eurasian Economic Union. Vehicles cannot clear customs or be registered in Russia, Belarus or Kazakhstan without it, and in our experience that is the single document that most often stops an export at the border.
We help you obtain and file the EAC documentation for your destination market — we have done this and we know which route a specific vehicle needs. One certificate covers all five EAEU member states, so a lot of our buyers start with a small batch into Kazakhstan and then expand into Russia and Belarus on the same documentation.
Two things to know before you count on it:
Tell us the destination and the model, and we will tell you straight away whether your vehicle can be covered and how long it takes.
We cannot be held responsible for:
If we have already purchased your vehicle and the contract is signed, a cancellation request is handled case by case. Costs already incurred — vehicle purchase, inspection, transport to port, export declaration — are generally not recoverable. Any deposit paid is applied against those costs unless the vehicle cannot be supplied as described.
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes are resolved by negotiation first. Where negotiation fails, the matter is referred to arbitration in accordance with Chinese law.
